6. Processing of personal information
We process personal information to quote on and carry out plumbing work, invoice for it and meet our legal obligations. Full details of what we collect, why, who we share it with and how we protect it are set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not transfer personal information outside South Africa except where a service we use (such as email or WhatsApp) stores data on servers abroad.
7. How to request a record
Requests must be made on the prescribed form (Form 2), available from the Information Regulator's website, and sent to the information officer at the contact details above. Give enough detail for us to identify the record and the right you want to exercise or protect.
A request fee and access fee may be payable as prescribed in the PAIA regulations. We will tell you if a fee applies before processing the request. We will respond within 30 days, which may be extended as allowed by PAIA.
8. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including to protect the privacy of another person, commercial information of a third party, or confidential information.
