Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

Renovating or adding a bathroom? We plan the plumbing with you and do the pipe work before the tiler arrives.

The plumbing is the part of a bathroom or kitchen renovation you cannot easily change later, so it pays to get it right before the walls are closed and the tiles go on. We work with you, or with your builder, from the planning stage.

We do the full plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations: moving pipes, new supply and waste points, and fitting the basins, baths, showers, toilets and sinks once the finishes are in.

What we get called for

  • Bathroom renovations

New layouts, pipes moved and all the fittings installed.

  • Kitchen plumbing

Sinks, mixers, dishwashers and washing machine points.

  • New bathrooms and flatlets

Water, waste and hot water for a bathroom that was not there before.

  • Pipe reroutes

Moving supply and waste lines to suit the new layout.

How a renovation job runs

  1. 1

We visit, look at the space and your plans, and give you a price for the plumbing.

  2. 2

We do the first fix: pipes and waste points in the right places before plastering and tiling.

  3. 3

Once the finishes are done we come back for the second fix and install every fitting, then test it all.

Common questions

Can you work with my builder or tiler?

Yes. We fit in with the rest of the team on the job.

Do you supply the fittings?

We can, or we can install the fittings you have chosen yourself.

Can you add a bathroom to a cottage or flatlet?

Yes, including the hot water. We will check the waste lines can take it.
